Welcome to Yentor LLC ("Yentor," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of this website and the maintenance, renovation, and improvement services we provide to residential and commercial properties across Southwest Florida. By using this website, contacting us, or hiring us for work, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use this website or our services.
1. Website use
You may use this website for lawful purposes only, to learn about our services and to contact us. You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to gain unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, or use it in any way that could harm Yentor LLC or other users.
Unless stated otherwise, the content on this site — including text, graphics, logos, and images — is the property of Yentor LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may view and print pages for your own personal, non-commercial use, but you may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute our content without our permission.
We work to keep the information on this site accurate and current, but we do not guarantee it is complete or error-free. Service descriptions and any figures shown are for general information and do not constitute a binding quote.
2. Estimates and quotes
Most projects begin with a free on-site evaluation, where we survey the work to be performed and provide an estimate. Estimates are based on the conditions and information available at the time of the visit. If the scope of work changes, or if hidden or unforeseen conditions are discovered once work begins, the price and timeline may need to be adjusted, and we will discuss any changes with you before proceeding.
3. Services, scheduling, and payment
The specific work, price, and any timeline for your project are set out in the estimate or written agreement we provide for that project, which — together with these Terms — forms the agreement between us. Scheduling depends on availability, weather, material lead times, and factors outside our control, and dates are estimates rather than guarantees.
Payment terms, including any deposit and the amount due on completion, are as stated in your estimate or invoice. Unless agreed otherwise, payment is due upon completion of the work.
4. Workmanship
We stand behind our work and aim to get it right the first time. Any specific workmanship warranty, along with its length and what it covers, will be stated in your written estimate or invoice. Manufacturer warranties on materials, fixtures, or products are provided by the manufacturer and are subject to their terms. Normal wear and tear, misuse, alterations by others, and pre-existing or unforeseen conditions are not covered.
5. Your responsibilities
To help us complete your project safely and on schedule, you agree to provide accurate information about the work, reasonable access to the property, and confirmation that you own the property or are authorized to approve the work. You are responsible for obtaining any approvals required by a homeowners association or landlord where applicable.
6. Text messaging (SMS) terms
Yentor LLC offers text messaging so customers and prospective customers can reach us about estimates, scheduling, and service. When you text us at (239) 571-2366 — including by tapping a "Text" or "WhatsApp" link on this website — you consent to receive text messages from us at the mobile number you message us from, and the following terms apply:
- Program. We send conversational messages in reply about your estimate, service details, appointment scheduling, and related follow-up. We do not send recurring marketing or promotional text blasts.
- Consent. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. You may end the conversation at any time.
- Frequency. Message frequency varies and depends on your conversation with us. You will generally only receive messages in response to your inquiry and about active or upcoming service.
- Rates. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Yentor LLC is not responsible for charges from your carrier.
- Opting out. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP. After you reply STOP, we will stop sending text messages to that number. You can opt back in by texting us again.
- Help. Reply HELP to any message, or contact us at (239) 571-2366 or info@renovationsolutionsyentor.com.
- Carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Your text messaging consent and the mobile information you share with us are handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

This website and our communications may link to third-party services, such as WhatsApp or an online form or scheduling platform. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third parties, and your use of those services is governed by their own terms.
