These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of this website and the maintenance, renovation, and improvement services we provide to residential and commercial properties across Southwest Florida. By using this website, contacting us, or hiring us for work, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use this website or our services.

1. Website use

You may use this website for lawful purposes only, to learn about our services and to contact us. You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to gain unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, or use it in any way that could harm Yentor LLC or other users.

Unless stated otherwise, the content on this site — including text, graphics, logos, and images — is the property of Yentor LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may view and print pages for your own personal, non-commercial use, but you may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute our content without our permission.

We work to keep the information on this site accurate and current, but we do not guarantee it is complete or error-free. Service descriptions and any figures shown are for general information and do not constitute a binding quote.

2. Estimates and quotes

Most projects begin with a free on-site evaluation, where we survey the work to be performed and provide an estimate. Estimates are based on the conditions and information available at the time of the visit. If the scope of work changes, or if hidden or unforeseen conditions are discovered once work begins, the price and timeline may need to be adjusted, and we will discuss any changes with you before proceeding.

3. Services, scheduling, and payment

The specific work, price, and any timeline for your project are set out in the estimate or written agreement we provide for that project, which — together with these Terms — forms the agreement between us. Scheduling depends on availability, weather, material lead times, and factors outside our control, and dates are estimates rather than guarantees.

Payment terms, including any deposit and the amount due on completion, are as stated in your estimate or invoice. Unless agreed otherwise, payment is due upon completion of the work.

4. Workmanship

We stand behind our work and aim to get it right the first time. Any specific workmanship warranty, along with its length and what it covers, will be stated in your written estimate or invoice. Manufacturer warranties on materials, fixtures, or products are provided by the manufacturer and are subject to their terms. Normal wear and tear, misuse, alterations by others, and pre-existing or unforeseen conditions are not covered.

5. Your responsibilities

To help us complete your project safely and on schedule, you agree to provide accurate information about the work, reasonable access to the property, and confirmation that you own the property or are authorized to approve the work. You are responsible for obtaining any approvals required by a homeowners association or landlord where applicable.

6. Third-party links and services

This website and our communications may link to third-party services, such as WhatsApp or an online form or scheduling platform. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third parties, and your use of those services is governed by their own terms.

7. Disclaimers

This website is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

8. Limitation of liability

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute relating to this website or these Terms will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Florida.

10. Age Restriction

This website and our services are intended for adults. You must be 18 or older to use this website, request or purchase services from Yentor LLC, provide us with a mobile number, or consent to receive text messages from us. By using this website or opting in to our text messages, you confirm that you are 18 or older. If you are under 18, please do not submit any information through this website.

11. SMS / Text Messaging Terms

Yentor LLC operates a text messaging program so customers and prospective customers can reach us and receive service updates. These SMS terms form part of these Terms & Conditions.

• Program description and message types. Messages relate to the service you asked us about: replies to your questions, quotes and estimates, appointment confirmations and reminders, arrival and job-status updates, invoices and receipts, and follow-up about work we have completed for you. We do not send recurring marketing or promotional text campaigns.
• How you opt in. You consent to receive text messages by giving us your mobile number and asking us to contact you — for example by submitting a request form on this website, by ticking a text-message consent box where one is provided, or by texting us first at (239) 571-2366. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
• Message frequency. Message frequency varies and depends on your conversation with us and on any active or upcoming job.
• Message and data rates. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Yentor LLC is not responsible for charges from your carrier.
• How to opt out. Text STOP to (239) 571-2366 at any time to cancel. You will receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and we will send no further texts to that number. You can opt back in at any time by texting us again.
• How to get help. Reply HELP to any message for assistance, or contact us at (239) 571-2366 or info@renovationsolutionsyentor.com. Full support details are at the end of these Terms.
• Carrier liability. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on effective transmission by your mobile carrier.
• Supported carriers. Our program is supported by major mobile carriers in the United States. Carriers are not responsible for the content of messages.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

The mobile information you share with us, and your text messaging consent, are handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

12. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what information Yentor LLC collects, how we use and protect it, how our text messaging consent works, and the choices and rights you have.
